DETAILS: The Southampton Town Police report the following arrests:

14-16324
Keith W. Lynch (age 46) of Wading River was arrested on 7-26-14 at 10:21 PM on Old Riverhead Road in front of Police
Headquarters after his vehicle was observed by police crossing over the double yellow line. Upon conducting a traffic stop it was
determined that Lynch was intoxicated. He also had his 14 year old daughter in the vehicle with him. Lynch was charged with
the Leandras Law felony DWI, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor. Child Protective Services was notified,
his vehicle was impounded and he was held for morning arraignment.

Melody Pampena (age 40) of Riverhead was arrested in Riverside on 7-27-14 at 1:44 AM after she was found to have an active
bench warrant issued by Southampton Town J ustice Court for failure to pay a fine regarding a previous charge for Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7

Degree. She was held at police headquarters for morning arraignment.

14-16354
J orge V. Ignacio (age 38) of Hampton Bays was arrested in Hampton Bays on 7-27-14 at 3:10 AM after he was stopped for
operating his vehicle without headlights. Ignacio was found to be intoxicated, was placed under arrest and transported to police
headquarters for processing. He was charged with misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated and held for morning arraignment.

14-16371
Maximiliano G. Longo (age 27) of Forrest Hills was arrested in Southampton on 7-27-14 at 5:00 AM after his vehicle was found
stopped in the travel lane on CR39. Upon interview and investigation, Longo was found to be intoxicated. He was placed under
arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing. He was charged with misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated and
held for morning arraignment.
