Addressing the Key Criteria:
I currently hold a full drivers license and am confident that a police check will
exhibit my quality as an upstanding citizen.
I have displayed strong organisational and time management skills through my
impeccable reputation within previous employment situations as personal assistant to
the Executive Director Bridging the Gap Community Services (pro-bono), and as a
Marketing Assistant Intern CHCC. Neither of these employment situations could
have been completed without a firm grasp of time management or organisational
skills.
My ability to consistently meet KPIs can be seen through my experience in social
and digital marketing experiences during my internship at Coffs harbour City Council
as Marketing Assistant. Here I was responsible for reviewing significant marketing
initiatives and their outcomes for a major Council project in association with the
Research and Business Development Officer and Economic Development Officer
respectively. In addition, I was responsible for planning, setting-up and delivering
social and digital marketing strategies aimed at correcting project outcomes and
increasing marketing awareness and efficacy for Council, federal and local projects,
including Digital Training Enterprise and SixDegrees Coworking. Through my
efforts Council was able to gain a firm grasp of project directions and my reports and
efforts were constantly used to hit KPIs and bring current methods back into line. My
efforts were consistently and regularly praised by both my supervisors and senior
management as excellent and amazing.
I have obtained adept computer and internet skills including navigating Microsoft
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MYOB, as well as a variety of online systems, search
engines and databases through extensive experience and use. Additionally, I am ready
to adapt to new methods and acquire new techniques to further my understanding of
the various systems available in this area.
I have consistently displayed my outstanding written and verbal communications
skills acquired through undergraduate study and experience; displaying a level of
professionalism in written documents and conduct often described as highly sought
after and ambassadorial.
