Creation of an Interpretation, Learning and Access Plan for a successful Parks for
People bid and subsequent implementation of proposals
Contract value 130,000 (HLF funded)
The Mere project was to interpret the natural and cultural heritage of the historic
parkland setting beside Shropshires largest mere. Our work on planning and
implementation included:

A new display inside a refurbished boat house visitor centre
Design and creation of a Cabinet of Curiosities where every object is linked
to a story about the site
Visitor controlled Wildlife Watch camera scheme
Mini-guide leaflet with detailed illustrated map
Outdoor interpretation panels
Circular trail guide pack
Activity trails for families
Learning resources for schools
