- Build a strong vision mission, or clarify the previous vision and culture to make everyone
aligned to that goal

- Equity theory: previous staff feel envy the new comers. So after using this theory we can
develop performance base score and give equity amount of compensation
- Base on psychological contract, using equity theory might not break this contract
