employees receive newsletters,brouchers,videos
etc which keep themselves motivated.

Anita Roddick also became successful role
model in 1976 because she founded the
Body Shop, a british cosmetics company
producing and retailing beauty products that
have not used animals in any way in the
production. It was one of the first to prohibit
the use of ingredients tested on animals and
one of the first to promote fair trade with third
world countries. She was also involved with
activism and campaigning for environmental
and social issues including involvement with
Greenpeace.
