Meet weekly; Differentiate roles and responsibilities; Support
afterschool meetings; Scripting of every teacher by the end of
September

Encourage use of system supports (IPLC agendas, problem solving
protocol and log, planning books)
Assessment support Support scheduling and carrying out of universal and targeted

Public Practice - Coaching Ensure public practice applications are implemented and supported at
your school(s): Walkthroughs, Partnership coaching, Peer coaching,
Instructional problem solving teams, Lesson study, and Video analysis
