Collaborative Leadership

My paper on leadership strategy analysis allowed me to determine an issue and form a
quality improvement team. This project was not carried out but caused me to critically think
about creating a team and what each member would bring to the cause. This assignment was
done earlier in my BSN program and lead me to the project above that I carried out as project
leader. The foundation for the importance of collaborative leadership was established early in
my BSN program with this quality improvement paper and helped advance me toward to
understanding and appreciation I now have.
