You are aware that the regular live telecast programme through
Edusat is successfully going on w.e.f. 2nd January, 2008. All the Districts were
provided Evaluation Performa in Gurmukhi during the Monthly Meeting with
DEOs (SE). The information regarding the evaluation report of Resource
Persons by the students of one school of your district is pending. Please
insure that it reaches this office immediately by mail at
edusat.punjab@gmail.com & edusat_ssapunjab@yahoo.co.in and the same
may be supplied to this office on weekly basis (Monday to Saturday) on every
Saturday.

Average grade marks of evaluation are calculated by dividing

the grand total of marks (given by concerned students) by the number of
students in the lecture.

You are requested to ensure that the weekly report for all the
pending weeks is submitted to this office urgently.
