3. Add the college you applied to under the Colleges tab
4. Click Request Transcript button
5. Check the request box then press submit

** SAT/ACT/PSAT/AP scores are not on your transcript.

Letters of Recommendation Two weeks in advance, please provide your
Counselor/Teachers with a rsum that includes extracurricular activities,
organizations, leadership positions and volunteer work. You must also include 2
teacher evaluation forms. You may request these at

NCAA Eligibility Center www.eligibiltycenter.org - $70. (NCAA
Clearinghouse fee waiver available if you have used a SAT or ACT fee waiver).
You must have an authorized high school official submit your fee waiver
documentation online after you have completed your registration.

You must have your SAT or ACT score sent directly to NCAA Clearinghouse.
Use code 9999 as one of your score reporting choices when you register for either
test.
