customer is always right. The company that offer products and services should satisfy the
needs and expextations of the customers about the prduct or service. There are three implications
of quality. First, company reputation which the organization can expect its reputation for quality-
be it good or bad to follow. Second, product liability in which the coart increasingly hold
oraganizations that desin, produce, or distribte faulty products or services is liable for damages or
injuries resulting from their use. And third, global implication in which fro both company and a
country to compete effective in the global economy.
Quality and ethics enter into these cases by means of delivering healthy, safe and quality
products and services to customers. The company should develop core values that become day-
to-day guidelines for everyone. If the firm believes that it has intyroduced a questionable product
ethical conduct must dectate the responsible action. In the case of McDonalds they may become
liable for the damages brought by the products to its customers, even if there are caution written
on the product.
