6) Prior Experience Certificate or Release letter from Previous Company.
7) Certification Course ( Like Microsoft Certificate etc).
8) Latest 2 months payslips.
9) W2 forms and US Payslips ( if travelled to US before on Long Term).
10) Organization Chart for L1A.
11) MATC format CV. (Not applicable for BV)
12) Original Marriage and Child Birth Certificate if traveling with dependent (
Certificate should be in English )
13) 20 wedding ceremony photographs - if travelling with spouse or wife travell
ing to join husband.
14) NOC from the company of the dependant is working.
15) NOC for the child if only one parent is accompanying the child for PA.
