1-2 The student:
o Uses NO images (graphs, tables, charts, pictures, etc.) to
exemplify ides and points of view
o Covers 1 aspect on the issue (Political View, Human View,
Economical Impact, or Political Impact)
o Uses NO evidence to prove arguments or points (Bibliography)
o Confuses the reader with un-organized thoughts and it is
mislead due to no understanding of the issue (no quotes, no
subtitles, appendix and page numbers)
3-4 The student:
o Uses 2 or FEWER images (graphs, tables, charts, pictures, etc.) to
exemplify ideas and points of view
o Covers 2 or 3 aspects on the issue (Political View, Human View,
Economical Impact, or Political Impact)
o Uses SOME evidence to prove arguments or points
(Bibliography- 1 source)
o The writer has SOMEWHAT an understanding of the thoughts
and ideas he expresses in his report, however it can be better
elaborated (quotes, no subtitles, appendix and page numbers)
5-6 The student:
o Uses 3 to 4 images (graphs, tables, charts, pictures, etc.) to
exemplify ideas and points of view
o Covers 4 aspects on the issue (Political View, Human View,
Economical Impact, or Political Impact)
o Uses GOOD evidence to prove arguments or points
(Bibliography- 2 different sources)
o The reader writer has a GOOD understanding of the thoughts
and ideas expressed in his report, however it can be better
elaborated by connecting to personal life or Peruvian community
7-8 The student:
o Uses 5 to 6 images (graphs, tables, charts, pictures, etc.) to
exemplify ideas and points of view
o Covers ALL aspects on the issue (Political View, Human View,
Economical Impact, and Political Impact)
o Uses ALL evidence to prove arguments or points (Bibliography-
3 different sources)
o The reader writer has a GREAT understanding of the thoughts
and ideas expressed in his report, and the writer elaborates on
connecting the issue with personal life or Peruvian community
