Dear Shatrughan,
We are pleased to revise your compensation w.e.f. 1" April, 2009 as mentioned below;
Level III
Basic Salary 800000 per annum
Allowances / Re-imbursements 600000 per annum
Total Target Cash (TTC) 1400000 per annum
Retirals (PF and Gratuity) As mentioned below
Variable Performance Incentive Maximum of 15% of Total Target
Cash
Effective Date 1St April, 2009

Variable Performance Incentive :

You are also eligible for the " Variable Performance Incentive - Plan 2009" wherein the maximum
earning potential at Level-III, will be @ 15% of the "Total Target Cash". This is based on drawing
up an "Incentive Frame" with "Targets and Achievement Levels" and subject to
evaluation of your "Performance" based on delivering "Objectives" as discussed & laid
down during "Goal Setting" by your reporting - "Line Manager" at the start of the Year-'09.

Retrials:
PF - Employer's Contribution towards PF which is Rs 780/- per month is paid over & above the
Total Target Cash. Gratuity - You are entitled to Gratuity, as per the Payment of Gratuity Act,
1972.
