The following procedures are consistent across the
grade level and/or enforced school-wide.
Behavior
Clip Chart
Colors have opposite meanings than kindergarten &
first grade
Students start on the day yellow (Ready to Learn)
Choice Card
Specials teachers can sign them as well
Will be sent home daily; please look over and sign

B: 89 - 80
C: 79 - 70
F: 69 - 0
Breakdown by weight:
Classwork: 45%
Tests: 30%
Quizzes: 20%
Homework: 5%
Grading
The dates for upcoming quizzes and tests can be found in our
weekly newsletter.

Check-ins will be given from time to time for certain subjects
to check for student learning. These will be counted as quizzes
(although they are not; there is no advance notice) because
they will only have a few questions and classwork weighs 45%.

Work turned in late will not receive full credit.
