For closing the notifications

1. Goto SAP transaction code iw28,

2. In General Data/Administrative Data: Planing Plant-3600 & Main Planner Group-SEM
3. Then execute
4. Double Click on Notification no
5. Then write the description in white block
6. Fill the Object part,Damage,text, Cause code & Cause text columns
7. Then, in Maintenance Data: fill the Start/End Dates and Completion Dates
8. Then press (Shift + F4 )
9. Then press enter
