The Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of New York

Orchestra Member (2011 -201 2), Intern (201 3, 201 4)

Currently the largest organization of its kind in the U.S. Worked extensively in all fields of Arts Administration.
Considerable work in all aspects of personnel management of this organization that includes 1 200 members,
1 5 ensembles, 1 5 music directors, and a handful of accompanists, clinicians, and the Board of Directors. In
addition, performed General Management duties such as librarian work for the immense MYO orchestral and
choral libraries, merchandising, graphic design, formatting for all the MYO member forms and staff contracts,
database consolidation and creation, acted as a liaison between parents, members, and staff, as well as
worked on several projects to help expand the program including the creation of a flute choir, community
outreach concert series, and the MYO 201 4 Summer Tour of China. As a former member of the organization,
experienced first-hand the mature and professional atmosphere presented through practice, rehearsal, and
performance. Performed at venues including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and the Staller Center. Worked
and performed with several artists including Stanley Drucker. Continues to perform with the Alumni Orchestra.

The B.E.C.C.A. Players, Broadhollow Theatre Company

2008-201 2

Pit Musician (2008-201 2), Music Director (2011 -201 2)

Served as a pit musician for the Broad Hollow Theatre Company as well as Music Director for the B.E.C.C.A.
Players. Responsibilities included running efficient rehearsals with both pit and cast, as well as maintaining
clear and concise communication between cast, musicians, and directors.
