Pancasila values contained in the opening of the 1945 Constitution which legally has a
position as Principal Fundamental Rule State . The values stated in the opening of the Four
Major Key Thought 1945 and one of the main ideas , namely the four main ideas , stating that
the country based on belief in one God according to the base just and civilized humanity .
The four main ideas symbolize the first and second precepts of Pancasila which indicates that
the life of the state should be based on moral ethical values rooted in belief in one God and
uphold moral civilized humanity in all aspects of country life covering state government , the
country's development , defense and state security , state politics , and the implementation of
democracy , as well as day-to- day life should always be based on moral divinity and
humanity .
Human values are derived on the basis of philosophical anthropology that human nature
is the nature of the arrangement of the spiritual ( soul ) and body , nature and the individual
nature social beings , the position of the personal nature of being a stand-alone , and as a
creature of God the Almighty , so that the second pillar contained Pancasila values that the
state must uphold the dignity of human beings as civilized beings , especially human rights ,
and there is a conscious awareness of the moral stance of moral attitudes and behavior of
each individual is based on the potential of the human conscience in favor conjunction with
the norms and culture in general . One form of the application of the second pillar of
Pancasila is contained in the eighth item that reads " Feeling Himself Indonesian nation as
part of All Mankind " that indicates a sense of concern and solidarity with the people of
Indonesia to the various situations and conditions that occur in the nation and state of
Indonesia , as well as indicates readiness in providing solutions and assistance to all people in
the world , without distinction of race , nation , and race .
The example of such application is to send Garuda troops to various locations to dispute or
war to keep the peace to prevent the outbreak of the dispute back.
