This section of the portfolio requires you to find inspiration for your product. This can be achieved by a number of methods.
1. Asking people what they want. This could be in the form of a survey or questionnaire about their likes, needs or wants and evaluating
each response against your "Criteria for Success".

In my first question, Which cuisine do you
prefer the most? Most answers were that
people want a European Cuisine and the
least was that people wanted an Oceanic
Cuisine (African Cuisine was not chosen at
all).
Asian Cuisine received 6 votes, Cuisine of
the Americas received 2 votes and other
received 5 votes.

In the second question, I asked What size
portion of food do you like? and the most
responses received was the people like
medium portions. Small and large received
2 votes each.

In my third question, I asked What would
you like as a side dish? and the most
responses received was for Salad,
Vegetables and other received two votes
each, Potatoes received 5 and Gravy
received none.

In my fourth question, I asked How do
you like your meat? and the most
responses received was for Medium well
with 8 votes, Rare with 1, Medium rare,
medium and well done tying in with 3
votes.

In my fifth question, I asked What is your
favourite type of meal? and the most
responses received was for Burgers (with
or without chips) and other tying in with 5
votes each, pasta with 2, pasta salad with
none, seafood with 1, fried rice with 2 and
meat (with sides. Eg salad) received 3
votes.

In my sixth question, I asked What type
of sauce is your favourite? and the most
responses was for other with 8 votes,
Brown (Espangole) sauce, Bordelaise sauce
and Chasseur sauce tying in with 1 vote
each and mushroom sauce received 7
votes.

In my seventh question, I asked What is
your favourite type of salad? and the
most responses was for Greek salad with 8
votes, Ceasar Salad with 8 votes, Chicken
salad with 7 votes, Garden salad with 6
votes, Potato salad with 5 votes, Pasta
salad with 4 votes and other with 2 votes.

In my eighth question, I asked Which
vegetables do you enjoy the most? and
the most responses was for carrot with 22
votes, mushroom with 9, tomato with 11,
cucumber and lettuce with 12, corn with 9,
onion with 4, peas with 6 and other
vegetables with 7 votes.

In my ninth question, I asked Which types
of meat are your favourite? and the most
responses was for chicken with 13 votes,
lamb with 5, beef with 11, turkey with 2,
pork with 5, steak with 8 and other with 5.

In my tenth question, I asked Do you
prefer, hot meals?, cold meals?, or both?
and the most responses was for both with
10 votes, hot meals received 8 votes and
cold meals received 10.

In my eleventh question, I asked Which
salad dressings do you prefer? and the
most responses was for Mayonnaise
dressing, oil and vinegar with 7, balsamic
vinegar with 8 and other dressing/s with 7
votes.

In my twelfth question, I asked Do you
have any allergies or dietary
requirements? and some answers two
answers were quite silly and unhelpful.
Whereas the other 4 were helpful each
saying that no. They did not have allergies
or dietary requirements.



In my thirteenth and final question, I
asked Is presentation of food important
to you? and Yes received 10 votes and No
received 8 votes.
