DigiFast Business Proposal Memorandum

SUBJECT: Business proposal
DynaTech corporation has told its employees to submit a proposal to make DigiFast a
more efective place to work. The proposal that I have come up with is to market to
other businesses to come occupy the spaces at River View Plaza. Other big
businesses have used the technique of occupying a big building and putting numerous
businesses in one building. For example, recruiting to have a laundry service, pet shop,
daycare center, recreational facility, barber shop and etc. In one building, eliminates the
need for our employees to try to leave work early, come in late. It can increase
productivity of DigiFast employees due to the fact that they do not have to travel outside
of the building to get their other responsibilities taken care of, thus giving DigiFast more
time out of their employees. Other companies such as Google and Microsoft have used
this technique. It is by far given them employee satisifaction, therefore many employees
are happy and content working longer hours and producing more for the company. I
think that if DigiFast were to incorporate this technique of reaching out and marketing to
other service to occupy the spaces here at River View Plaza, it would be benefcial for
all parties involved. More revenue into River View Plaza, happier workers, more
productivity and overall satisfaction for DigiFast senior leadership and employees.
