I would like to recommend Ania Mieszkowska to you as a candidate for the data analyst position at
your company. Ania and I worked together during the early stages of Priori Datas (Priori) formation
as a company. As a data analyst at our sister company, Xyologic Mobile Analysis GmbH (Xyo), Ania
played an instrumental role in knowledge transfer between the two companies and provided invaluable
support as a data analyst on a number of key projects.
In the months leading up to Prioris foundation as a company, Ania split her working hours as a data
analyst between Xyo and Priori. As the sole data analyst at Xyo, Anias knowledge of Xyos core IP,
its database of app market information, was second only to Xyos CTO. Even while having to balance
responsibilities between the two companies, she committed herself fully to her role at Priori and was
always readily available to provide guidance on the retrieval of metrics from the Xyo database.
In addition to consulting on Xyos technology, Ania worked alone on a number of large-scale data
deliveries for some of Prioris largest clients, including investment banks, analyst houses, and top
ranking app developers. These projects included custom data sets and reports and required the
construction of extremely complex queries as well as the processing and visualization of app market
data. Without exception, she always went the extra mile in order to meet deadlines, often in the face
of quick turnaround times. This work was a key source of revenue for Priori, and would not have been
possible without Anias exibility and positive attitude.
In closing, not only Ania is extremely motivated, she is a pleasure to work with. I believe she would
be a valuable asset to any data team.
