Goal: (Skilled Teachers - Required)

In one year, teachers will be skilled in implementing technology into the classroom. Teachers will
challenge students to think critically through the use of technology. Teachers will seamlessly
weave technology into their classrooms.

Success Indicator: 90% of teachers will become
skilled at implementing technology into their
classroom to promote differentiation, authentic
learning, and real world skills.
Evaluation Method: PLCs (professional
learning committees) will be required to turn in
monthly evaluations and a year-end reflection.

In one year, teachers will develop a web 2.0 tool to communicate with their students outside of the
classroom. (twitter, blog, class facebook, or Instagram.)

Success Indicator: 100% of teachers will use
Web 2.0 tools as instructional tools in the
classroom.
Evaluation Method: Teachers will turn in a
reflection of their Web 2.0 lesson plans at the
end of the year. Technology Experts will meet
and talk with teachers on a monthly basis about
current technology goals.
