The ability to learn is the most significant activity of man. In addition, learning is one of the main function of the human being because through our
learning guide us to be a better men in the world.
During my observation, my critic teacher was discussing about The Basic Basketball Skills. And I observed that her strategy was not fit on the
students because she was always giving ideas without interaction of the learners. Furthermore, I observed that during discussion, learning can required anywhere
and through that learning is the best blessing to us that we can also share it with others.
As a future educator, we need to be responsible enough in handling our students also giving instructions is the most important factor.

Learning in different aspects are the best way to improve our critical thinking not just we are relying on that specific subject area
but also we need to explore in order to have a good and quality learning.
My second day observation was on august 18, 2014. I assigned to observe at Mrs. Sorro. It was really interesting duty on that
day because its my second time to know my critic teacher. Moreover, during my observation it was doing well because aside from knowing
my critic teacher also she gave me a sort of review about of what she discussed from the class. Through that, Im very lucky because there
are some critic teachers who are not doing that to others. Moreover, all my observation during class discussion, it was really good because
some students are interacting with each other. And as I observed the classroom management are well manage by their specific adviser. In
addition, guiding students was not so easy because they have different behaviors and characteristics that they showed in the class.
As a future teacher, we should be prepare in order for us to organize our learners. And also time management, it is very
important factor to cater the learning of the students.

The essential part of learning is you should recognize your students in their achievements to make them motivate in
engaging different activities.
As I observed the sections Romulo, Avillana, Quaqin, I found out their differences. The first is their classroom settings. In
section Romulo, the arrangement was not organize and the students are not aware of their learning environment also most of them
are neglecting it. The second was section Avillana, Im happy for them because most o the students are cleaning their assigned areas
and others are posting articles, designs on the classroom. Moreover, after cleaning, they proceed to the classroom and started to
have their class. In discussion time, I have seen students who are participating in dealing with others. The last was section Quaqin,
some students are busy talking to their classmates. And they are not participating in the class.
As a future educator, we must manage our students properly in order for them to be knowledgeable enough.

Students with creative minds are capable of generating own ideas of doing things. In addition, having creative imagination can create a good and
knowledgeable idea. Moreover, learning situations characterized by free and open communication, confrontation, cooperation, and collaboration with the learners.
In my fourth day in observing, Ive seen a lot of students who are not entering in the class because of punishment given by their teachers. they
punished because some of the students are not participating during practicum, thats why each of them are told to go to the library. Through that situation, I can
say that its so disappointing in my part because she didnt handle his/her students properly.
As a future teacher you must guide your students into a good one and be flexible enough because thats the role of the teacher.
