II. MINUTES OF MEETING

The minutes of meeting started at 3:30 in the afternoon with call to order given by
the presiding officer, Ms. Joliett R. Villegas, followed by the opening prayer by Ms.
Menchi E. del Castillo.
The First agenda for this meeting is about the Comprehensive Plans for Green
Work Place (GWP). Ms. Joliett R. Villegas present the Memorandum of Agreement to
the officers and explain it to them.
The Second agenda for this meeting is about the Formation of JUREX.
