Oil Sampling Testing on 28-TML-8-1A

Background: Last February 2014, oil-sampling testing was done on 28-TML-8-1A,

the result was "quick action required" for this transformer.

Recommendation/s:
1. To perform oil-sampling testing.
2. If the result will duplicate the last result taken last February 2014, then,
3. Recommend to replace oil immediately.




Background: Last February 2014, oil-sampling testing was done on 28-TML-8-1A,
the result was to re-test transformer after 6 months.

Recommendation/s:
1. To perform oil-sampling testing.
2. If the result will duplicate the last result taken last February 2014, then,
3. Next level recommendation will commence. And/or based from SGS
recommendation.

was to re-test transformer after 1 month.

1. To perform oil-sampling testing.
2. If the result will duplicate the last result taken last February 2014, then,
3. Next level recommendation will commence. And/or based from SGS recommendation.
