ROMANIAN STUDENTS IMPRESSIONS

This time we were in Izmir, Turkey. We were a perfect team: everybody was so surprised to see
us because we were very good in everything we did.
Now, lets speak about Izmir. Izmir is a wonderful town, with beautiful places and beautiful
people. All the students from there, all the teachers, the parents were so kind to us. They gave us
everything they had and when they saw us smiling they were pleased. Everything was so amazing.
We had the opportunity to visit some wonderful places as: Efesus, Alsangac, Siringe, Maket Koy,
Ceringe, Cesme castle, The Clock Tower, etc. We had a good time in every cultural outing they organised
for us. I cant even describe the beauty of this town in some simple words its something.amazing!
In conclusion, I just want to say that Im very happy because I have been there and I really want
to see the people I met there again, because now we are so good friends!

For me, this Comenius project definitely represents the most exciting and enjoyable programme
I have ever been in. Not only that it allows you to see, understand and appreciate other cultures but it
also teaches you a lesson about the important social status of the European citizen.
Its also a remarkable way and opportunity to create friendship connections for life with
amazing people. I met great people! I improved my knowledge! I had a great host! I felt in love with
Turkey! And I just hope that someday I will visit it again. As for the rest everything went great.

Izmir - what can I say? a beautiful city even more beautiful people, a little bit unorganized but
we still had fun. This was probably in top 10 and Ill certainly remember it for the rest of my life. I made
some really good friends there and I have learnt a lot about the Turkish culture unique in the world!
The cuisine was exquisite and the places we saw were very interesting. Hopefully Ill go back to Izmir in
the future. My host family was so nice and I wont forget them. Ill keep in touch with all my Turkish
friends.
