Meeting May Italy


Portuguese students impressions:
On May 3
rd
, 2014, we left for the trip to Italy, accompanied by the Project
Coordinator and two teachers, within the framework of the Comenius Project.
The main objective was the exchange between students and teachers from
several European Countries. Of course that, under this specific objective underlie
several others, such as: meet educational realities different from ours, developing
skills to provide a full and healthy development and enhance greater motivation
for our learning.
Pontedera is a relatively small village, but very pleasant and, therefore, the first
impact was very positive.
On Monday morning we head for the school, which was in Pontedera, and we
participated in the welcome reception for all participants of the Comenius Project.
On that day, at lunch, we tasted one of the greatest gastronomic specialties of
Italy: the tasty pizzas.
During this week several were the programmed activities, some more interesting
than others, but all important for our knowledge.
We highlight the reception when we arrived, since we had the feeling that
everybody was curious about knowing us since all people demonstrated joy and
curiosity when they received us.
With this travel we met new realities, people and unforgettable places. For all
these reasons, we consider very positive this possibility we in participating in the
project, as it provides enriching and unique experiences to our educational
journey.
