    KYIV, Sep 3, 2014 (UBO) There appears to be good news today at both President
    Poroshenko and President Putin say a ceasefire has been agreed. Further details have not
    yet been announced.

    The following is the text as carried on the Ukrainian presidential site:

    President of Ukraine discussed regime of complete ceasefire with
    President of Russia

    President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko had a phone conversation
    with President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

    The conversation resulted in an agreement on ceasefire in the
    Donbas. The parties reached mutual understanding on the steps
    that will facilitate the establishment of peace.
