Minutes of the First SPGC Meeting Held on July 15, 2012


MINUTES ON THE CONDUCT OF THE ANNUAL MEETING/ASSEMBLY OF SUPREME GOVERNMENT
COUNCIL ON JULY 15, 2011, HELD AT CONALUM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CAMPUS.

The meeting started at 3:00 pm with the checking of attendance to all new sets of SPGC Officers
and members by the secretary 98% of SPGC Officers and members are at present.
Agenda during the meeting were as follows:
1. Report progress in making Pupils Policy last S.Y. 2010-2011.
2. Report progress in the proposed school project last S.Y. 2010-2011

The meeting was presided by the new mayor Crissha P. Bayhonan. The policy approved last S.Y.
2010-2011 was discussed. And they found out that the policy was made last S.Y.2010-2011 has not being
implemented. There were suggestion that the policy would remained but the policy should be
strengthened to the benefits of the pupils and the school campus.

The Report Progress of the proposed project for S.Y. 2010-2011 was discussed first by SPGC
adviser, Brenda L. Lapasanda and the New Mayor Crissha P. Bayhonan added to it for further
consideration. The suggestion had been done but there was not enough amount of budget intended for
the school project accomplishment. Again, the body suggested raising fund through solicitation from the
politicians and not from the Alumni of Conalum Elementary School.

The meeting ends well and adjourned at exactly 5:00 pm.
