ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65(a)

of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which came on for a hearing December 14, 2009. For

the reasons stated from the bench at the conclusion of the hearing, Plaintiff’s motion for a

preliminary injunction (docket entry #2) is GRANTED. A written memorandum opinion will

follow.
