kind of malfeasance breeds in secrecy and transparency would
weed out any malfeasant roots.
o Invite NGs and outside review of your actions. !his would help
instill con"dence and open the "eld of perception.
o #elf$con"dence% while good in many situations% should be
avoided in case of handling client investments. !he company
investment into its own solutions should be reduced and be
strictly on merit basis% while revising the risk analysis for each
potential invested.
o A &ero tolerance policy should be introduced against any
malpractice% whereby anyone found involved in any such
activity is terminated immediately.
o As suggested in the "ve$point plan% a clear marking provision
should be made in the annual appraisal% which should be
directly related to payscale.
o #peci"c and #'A(! goals and guidelines should be provided to
all employees% and they should be evaluated in their appraisals
according to these ob)ectives.
