Septemberwasabusymonth!Wevegottenofftoagreatstarttotheschoolyear
establishingnormsandproceduresandgettingintoourfirstunitsofstudy.

SeventhGradeScienceisstartingwithphysicalsciencelearninghowtostudy
materialsscientifically.Ourcurrentunitinvolvesplanninghowtohandle,separate,
andtestsubstancesofanunidentifiedmixturesafelyandidentifyinghazardous
substancesathomeandinschool.Wewillapplytheconceptsofphysicaland
chemicalpropertiesofmatterandthestepsofthescientificprocess.
