Assumptions and Dependencies

1. The leading firm of management consultants will help supersave make realistic and
strategic decisions in order to obtain a profitable supermarket chain.
2. IBM, Siemans, Nixdorf & Fitjitsu are responsible for installing new computer systems
and will follow the terms of their contracts
3. Supplier will perform all the activities(cabling, installing, loading software, etc.) and
follow the installation schedule so company will not suffer loss (10 000 for each trading
day loss)
4. Supplier must also provide assistance on the store site for a period of 1 month after
installation.
5. The supplier and Supersave will have a positive working relationship in order to achieve
their goals and expectations
6. No issues will arise upon in obtaining domain services for central website.
7. Central site development and store refurbishment will be the responsibility of Supersave,
there will be hardly no issues in performing these because the services are not
outsourced.
