0 Background of the Proposed Project

5.1 Physical location
Our premise is located in Behrang 2020. Weve been given the motorcycle parking area in
Polytechnic Sultan Azlan Shah as a place for us to sell ours product there. The area has been
determine by Polytechnic management which is then give us the opportunity to sell our product
there. There were many store here which will attract a lot of people to stop by here.

5.2 Price of premise
We are renting the business site with free of charge for this time only.

5.3 Distance from the source of raw materials
This location was chosen because of its position that is located near main road and supplier.
This will minimize the cost spend on product produce. The source of our raw materials is located
near us which also will reduce the cost.

5.4 Available manpower
The location we chose has a steady workforce from the area of Behrang 2020. Hence, we
have the capacity to increase or decrease manpower depending on job size.

5.5 Transportation Facilities
Public transportation such buses and taxis even train are available and easily access in
Behrang 2020. Mara Liner have been provided their services as one of public transportation
provider for the past 8 years to the resident in Behrang 2020.

5.6 Distance from customers
Our business is located near to housing areas in Behrang 2020. With this advantages, we
could gain many customers because of this range which customers themselves can reach our
premises by walking, bus or even taxi.

5.7 Basic amenities (electrical, water, and telephone facilities)
Our premises is located near an industrial area. All facilities and amenities such as water,
electricity, telephone lines, and transportation are available here. With all this facilities, we
believe that we can manage and operate our business properly. All the accommodation here is
provided fully and being handled by an organization that are responsible for our requirements.
Therefore, we should not have any problem when dealing with customers or when counter an
unexpected problem.
