LEARNING LOG
Observations On the first day of our field study duty we started to look for the classroom that we are going to observed. After ten minutes we arrived in the classroom that we will be observing. While the class is ongoing my critic teacher uses pictures as instructional materials for her lesson. She discussed about the different types of art works. I noticed the participation of the learner in the class and answers question in chorus. After the discussion, the teacher conducts an activity which is to identify what type of art work that the picture shows. But, the learners fail to answer it clearly and precisely. Though the learners can answer, however it is by the help of the teacher through giving clues and correct answers for them to identify.
This scenario was depicted for a reason, on why does the learner fail to pass the activity even it was discussed well by the teacher. It is because the classroom atmosphere is not conducive for learning considering the proper ventilation and classroom structures. Therefore, several factors to consider in the teaching- learning process not only the expertise of teacher and the interests, needs, and readiness level of the learner but the physical atmosphere respectively. The teacher must be a keen observer on the needs of the learner for learning even it is not express verbally.
After the class in section Arroyo we proceed to other section together with our critic teacher. Upon entering the classroom the learners of section Aguinaldo approach Mrs. Villegas that they will be holding an activity in line with the Buwan ng WIKA opening program. The learners are all in costume, their room was setup according to the theme, and they prepare food. While watching the learners, I perceived that they possess skills in dancing, singing, and team building. Thus, the active participation of the learner depends on how the teacher guides them. Even how hard headed the learners are it matters how the teacher guides them considering their disparities.

LEARNING LOG
Observations During the second day of our field study duty we witnessed the responds of the learners through singing. Our critic teacher gave an activity by group to study the diction and memorize the lyrics of a particular popular music for their week end break. On the day of the practicum our resource teacher allots thirty minutes of her one hour period for the preparation. Before the practicum was conducted Mrs. Villegas read the criteria to assess the performances of the learners. The class comprises of four groups; the activity was started by drawing lots. The learners performances were good and according to the guidelines, but they kept on laughing while performing. As a result, only the group four passed for the activity unfortunately one of their group members fails to pass the individual rating. The teacher was annoyed that makes her angry. She reprimands her learners that they cannot pass the subject unless they will behave accordingly. In this situation the teacher should consider multiple intelligences. She must activate classroom management, reward and punishment approach, and if necessary she must change her approach to teaching-learning process. Because if the teacher pertains to one approach to teaching-learning process s/he cannot attain the goal of quality learning. Lastly, the teacher must abide on the principles of teaching that considers interests, needs, personal attributes, and individual differences of the learner.

LEARNING LOG
Observations For our third day of duty we were instructed by our critic teacher that we will take charge of her class in section Quezon. Recreation: Importance and Concepts, is the topic. Before the class was started we introduce our selves and inform them that we are their teacher for that period since Mrs. Villegas was out for official transactions. We noticed that the learners were interested to have a class with us. While the discussion is ongoing they are participating very well, if they ask questions without doubts they stand up and express their ideas. We were amazed of their interactions; they can provide concrete examples and they answer according to their experiences. After the discussions we conduct a short quiz to test if they learn from the topic, fortunately all of them got pass on the test given. Thats why; the social environment of the learners serves as the vehicle in generating ideas to support their creative imagination as they engage in teaching- learning process. With a class having a learners with active in participation, possess multiple intelligences, and equipped with knowledge and skills can influence the psychological environment of a particular classroom.

LEARNING LOG
Observations Perceiving a role as a teacher is the theme during our fourth day of duty. Our critic teacher demonstrates basic steps in ballroom dancing in Section Arroyo. She performs first while after, the students. I noticed the difficulty of the learners in performing the steps. Few of them were doing well but needs more practice. While they are doing the steps I observed that they were lack of interest and ardor. Together with my group we help them to internalize the steps by teaching them in practical and simplest way. Since, proper guidance is the most effective way to motivate the learners to obtain learning that considers multiple intelligences. We come up with an effective way of helping the learners to perform the assigned activity. On the other hand, while our critic teacher was out we are instructed to teach her learners in section Aguinaldo. With the same topic the basic steps in ballroom dancing. After presenting the basic steps we group them into four and give them ten minutes practice. While observing them I noticed that they were doing great for they can execute accurately. They can easily absorb the instruction which shows that the learning approach of this section differ from the other class ,in fact, they belong to the first section having skilled learners.
Consequently, the approach of the learners to teaching-learning process differs from their interests, needs, and prior experiences. The teacher should identify the varied differences of the learner to come up with creative and meaningful learning.

LEARNING LOG
Observations On the fifth day of my duty, before I proceed to the class that I will observed I visit first the library, computer laboratory, science laboratory, bulletin boards, block boards and other learning center of the school for pictorials. Which I will use to support my educational technology presentation on my website.
It was a practicum of IV Quezon IV Arroyo & IV Aguinaldo section in cha-cha dance steps. My critic teacher uses a speaker to complement the dance steps. The learner was expected to perform accordingly without a guidance of a teacher since it was demonstrated already during the previous meetings. The learners in each section projects varied approach in performing the dance steps. It is because of the individual differences like their interest, prior background, and intellectual capacity of the learner. In view of the fact that the section Quezon and Arroyo belongs to the higher section they can easily absorb the instruction through demonstration. On the other hand section Aguinaldo composed of moderate learner it should have reinforcement in order for them to cope up with the practicum. Just like giving them enough time to internalize the dance steps and helping them familiarize first the fundamental steps before having a dance steps with the music.
Therefore, the teacher should provide innovative way of demonstrating. Just like providing them photographs, drawings, video strips, displays, or guided motion of a particular dance steps. The learning of the learner could be creative and innovative with the technology integration.

LEARNING LOG
Observations On the sixth day of my duty, it was a perfect incident observing the learners giving their ideas and concrete examples. The topic was all about Marriage the factors that contribute to a good marriage and best ingredients to have a happy family were all discussed. The teacher did not use any instructional materials to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Solely her modulated voice was good enough to make the learner participative in the class. It is because the teacher activates the prior experiences of the learner. In this situation, the learning could be meaningful if the teacher is able to connect the topic to the previous experiences of the learner. It is the best way to allow the learners generate their own conclusion or ideas about the topic. Since, the learner would really invest their interest if they feel belongingness on the subject matter. Consequently, the teacher should have to take into consideration about the factors that are pre-requisite to teaching-learning process such as the learners personal interest, needs, entry knowledge and skills, home background, prior experiences, developmental stage, and nature.

LEARNING LOG
Observations My seventh day of duty was the realization of having Educational media as part of instruction. The topic was all about Male and Female Reproductive System that includes the family planning and birth control. My critic teacher uses pictures to introduce the examples of contraceptives and methods of birth control. Meanwhile, she uses experiential approach by which the students come up to a fixed and concrete learning. As a result, the learners come up with learning using illustrations. Since it is not possible to provide the paraphernalias that is use for birth control in front of the class due to technicalities and legalities. It is good to satisfy the curiosity of the learners by giving them example in the form of pictures. On the other hand, sharing of experiences in the class is the best way to allow the learners connects their individual practices and acquires meaningful learning. Thus, pictures are visual devices which may be used by an individual or a group to understand the function and its form of a particular object. Even it is no longer the realistic reproduction of physical things. In addition, using concrete examples such as experiences are more convincing for it was based according to the real life situation of every individual.

LEARNING LOG
Observations At the peak of my dedication to observe a class as part of my field study duty at last I came up to an end. It was my last day of duty; wherein the class was divided into a group for practicum in music. In which the students had given a lyrics to memorize with proper diction and coordination to the beat of music. During the practice I find the difficulty of the learners in singing the song considering the proper articulation. Even the teacher introduces well the music. As recommendation to this scenario, the teacher should utilize recordings or any other audio instructional materials that would aid the students to sing the song accurately. This id to ensure precision and accuracy to avoid vast discrepancy in the actual performance. Since, technology integration uses learning technologies to introduce, reinforce, supplement and extend skills (William ed. 2000).
