a group of metabolic diseases in which a
person has high blood sugar.
This high blood sugar produces the
symptoms of :
polyuria
Polydipsia
polyphagia
Diabetes can cause many complications
Serious long-term complications include
heart disease
kidney failure
damage to the eyes.

higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes
compared to those with a healthy body
