TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions:
" Housework" describes Trio Ireland Cleaning
" Housework Regular Customer" means a Housework customer who has
booked a minimum of four cleans
" Housework One-O Customer" means a Housework customer who has
booked between one and three cleans
"!ook"ng" means the use of one of our services on one particular
occasion.
#. $%%&IC$TIONS
All Bookings for Trio Ireland services are made on these Terms and
Conditions only to the eclusion of any other terms and conditions! whether
written or oral. "o alteration to the Terms and Conditions is valid unless
contained in a letter signed on behalf of the company by an authorised
signatory.

Housework +egular Clean and Housework ,ne-,ff Clean customers may
pay by debit card or credit card.

2ayment must be made to Trio Ireland immediately on completion of the
service
1. C$NCE&&$TION ,NON DE&I-ER) OF SER-ICES
1a. Customer Can*ellat"on,Non $tten0an*e
Housework Regular Clean Can*ellat"on. Housework +egular Cleaning
prices are set lower than ,ne ,ff Cleaning prices on the basis that at least
four cleans will be provided. If the service is cancelled before four cleans
have taken place! those cleans which have taken place will be charged at
the full Housework ,ne ,ff Cleaning rate. After 3 cleans have taken place!
cancellations of further cleans will be charged at %**( where less than 03
hours notice is given! and '*( where between 03 and 34 hours notice is
given.
Housework One-O Clean Can*ellat"on. 5or cancellations within
03hours! %**( fee will be charged. 5or cancellations between 03 hours
and 34 hours notice! '*( will be charged. If Trio Ireland is unable to gain
access to the property! as a result of customer failure to make reasonable
arrangements for access! Trio Ireland will charge the full cancellation fee.

Trio Ireland will not be liable for any delay to or cancellation of the services
caused by circumstances beyond our control 6including but not limited to
fire! flood! strike! eceptional traffic circumstances! lack of ade7uate power
or breakage or failure of machinery or apparatus8. In such circumstances
Trio Ireland will use its best endeavors to arrange an alternative time
suitable to both parties for the performance of its services. 9here Trio
Ireland fails to carry out an agreed service due to circumstances within our
control! our liability shall be limited to providing the agreed service at no
additional charge at a mutually convenient alternative time and in no event
shall Trio Ireland be liable for any other losses including loss of profit or
conse7uential loss.
1*. Dela/ Due to !u"l0ers,De*orators !e"ng on S"te
Any delay due to builders or decorators being on site at the agreed time of
a clean may result in additional time being re7uired for the clean or the
clean being postponed till a later date. 5urthermore it may not be possible
to provide the standard of service originally
agreed due to no fault of Trio Ireland. Additional time will be charge at the
same rate as agreed for the 5ull clean while a delay will result in a '* (
charge of the original in addition to the full charge for the completed clean.
'. 2OR3IN( CONDITIONS
4a. Healt+ & Saet/
In order to protect our employees! they are instructed not to enter an
environment they consider to be unsafe! dangerous to health! or inoperable
for any reason! but are instructed to withdraw from the premises and to
report the problem. In this event the customer will be charged %**( of the
cost of the Booking.
If the Housework is rescheduled 6after the environment has been rendered
safe8! the customer will be charged an additional fee e7uivalent to '*( of
the cost of the original Booking.
4.. E5ual O66ortun"t"es
Trio Ireland is an )7ual ,pportunities )mployer. 9e recruit our employees
on the basis of their ability to do the #ob and aim to ensure that all
employees are treated e7ually regardless of ethnic origin! religion! se!
age! marital status! nationality! seual orientation or disability.
7. 8SE OF C8STOMERS9 E:8I%MENT
,ur staff are strictly instructed not to use any of your personal e7uipment
while in your home. :ou agree to permit staff members to use the
telephone ,";: to call the Customer <ervice team on a local number if
necessary.

Trio Ireland undertakes to provide absolute security for your keys at all
times. In the unlikely event of any keys being lost by Trio Ireland! we will
make appropriate arrangements as soon as reasonably possible.Trio
Ireland shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of a delay
caused by you.

"othing in this contract shall limit or eclude Trio Ireland liability for death
or personal in#ury caused by negligence.
=. COM%&$INTS
In the event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have received
from Trio Ireland! you should contact the Trio Ireland Customer <ervice
team within 03 hours. Trio Ireland will endeavor to ensure that all your
concerns and complaints are resolved 7uickly and amicably with our
Customer <ervice team.
>. COM%ENS$TION
>a. Housework
Damage to, &oss o %ro6ert/. In the event of damage or loss as a result
of negligence! the liability of Trio Ireland shall be limited 6at Trio Ireland
discretion8 to repair or the replacement cost of the item! taking into account
its age wear and tear and condition. Trio Ireland shall not in any event be
liable for any loss of profit or conse7uential loss.
>.. Floors
In the event of damage or scratching to floors! the liability of Trio Ireland
shall be limited to damage caused by the use of Trio Ireland e7uipment
only. Trio Ireland do not accept any responsibility for damage caused to
floors should a customer=s furniture be moved for the purpose of cleaning.
>*. Ele*tr"*al
If for any reason Trio Ireland use or turn on an electrical appliance or fitting
6e.g. >ettle or electric shower8 for the purpose of cleaning your home! then
it is assumed that any such appliance or fitting is in full working order. Trio
Ireland do not accept any responsibility for any electrical failure of such
appliances.
>0. Cla"m"ng Com6ensat"on
Any claim for compensation must be notified to the Customer <ervice team
as soon as possible and in any event within 03 hours of the damage
occurring.
1?. 8SE OF C8STOMER INFORM$TION
The information you give will be held and used by Trio Ireland to perform
the business for which we are registered. This may include sending you
details of Trio Ireland offers and services that may be of interest to you.
