Tricep Workout Exercise - Resistance Band French Press

1. In correct posture, sit upright on a chair. Rap the exercise tube around and underneath
the chair.
2. Keep your abdominal muscles tight, chest up, and elbows stable.
3. While keeping your elbows in and stable, lower the weight down under control! to
your "orehead.
#. $top when the weight is one inch away "rom your head and re%erse the motion back
up.
&. 'ush the weight up, stopping (ust be"ore your elbows are straight and then re%erse the
motion back down.

Triceps Workout Exercise - Tricep Pushdown
1. In correct posture, stand as you hold a bar shoulder width apart.
2. Keep your abdominal muscles tight, chest up, and elbows stable.
3. While keeping your elbows in and stable, under control, lower the weight down.
