Introduction

Hi, my name is Rena. I am a tenth grade student at HTHNC. I like food. I like baking cookies,
specifically snickerdoodles. I like music and going to concerts. I tend to cry at concerts because I am a
total fangirl of guys that play guitar and drums when they're in a band I like. I hae two younger sisters,
and they are cra!y. I think I am pretty energetic. "ost days, I wake up around # in the morning, get
ready, eat breakfast, go to school, go home and eat a snack on the way to my house. $n "ondays, we
usually go to the %% cent store after school for a few minutes because my sister stays after school for an
hour. There I usually get a cherry pepsi. &hen I get home, I do my homework and eat dinner and watch
t and listen to music. I go to bed around like '( eery night. $n a regular day, I try to feed my
craings, usually salty, sweet, and)or cold. "y food weaknesses are french fries, ice cream and cookies.
I walk around a lot, to and from the car, from my room to my fridge in the kitchen, I walk up and down
the stairs at school *uite often, but other than that, I don't really e+ercise. I think I probably should start
though, because my friend is going to make me food if I do.

"y eating habits...they aren't so great. Eooking this oer, I am so confused on how I am not een
oerweight considering that the only e+ercise I do is chewing my food.
I feel like eer since I started blogging, I tried to eat healthier but kinda gae up on it like halfway
through.
I hae noticed an awareness of my food consumption since we started this pro0ect, I probably will eat
healthier, the stuff that tastes yummy usually is not good for you.
"y perception of food has changed since we started this pro0ect, now I don't really wanna eat, but then
I think of how much I like food and how it is necessary for our bodies.
3m I a healthy eater...A Ihm...not so much. I think I eat healthy about half the time. Not the best, but
I'e met people who eat a lot worse than I do.
