The town centre will be expanded
to a new Punggol Downtown
which will have civic spaces such
as the town square.
This district will
boast the newest
seafront public
housing as well as
the area's tallest
residential buildings.
Besides overlooking
the Strait of Johor, it
will also be linked
directly to nearby
LRT stations.
