Late Term Abortion and Illegal Abortion Proposal
Late term abortion can be performed as late as 35 weeks into a pregnancy. This technique is also
known as the mold technique standing for Misoprostol, Oxytocin, Laminaria, and Digoxin. All
of those terms are certain drugs used during this process. This abortion is done within the 2
nd
the
3
rd
trimester of a womens pregnancy, taking 3 to 4 days to complete. On the first day a women
is given an ultrasound to determine the age of the baby. Once determined, a lethal dosage of
heart medication, Digoxin is inserted into the babies heart, causing a fatal heart attack. People
disagree to late term abortion because it is said that babies within their 2
nd
and 3
rd
trimester can
feel pain. The deceiving lies that abortion is completely painless to you and the baby is incorrect.
A dead baby will be delivered within the next few days after the medication was given. Some
women dont even deliver the dead newborn in a hospital; they chose to deliver in a bathroom, or
at their home without proper disposal. A dilation and curettage known as a D & C is inserted
after giving birth to remove the remaining dead tissue. After the abortion a women is given a
party pack which includes abortion after care, instructions, and birth control. The mockery of
abortion like its nothing is cruel and upsetting. The Church teaches from the fifth commandment
that you shall not kill, and that every life is sacred. Killing a helpless child is non negotiable and
wrong. A child is a human either a fetus, or almost a newborn. Late term abortion is morally
wrong. You are killing an innocent child for your own selfish needs through a brutal, non-safe
abortion process. In this video I will display non-graphic pictures of late term abortion, such as

taking up to 2 to 5 minutes for my section.

The estimated number of illegal abortions between the 1950s to the 1960s in the U.S. range
from 200,000 to 1.2 million. With as many as 5,000 women dyeing annually. Untrained
practitioners either in homes, or buildings perform illegal abortions. This extremely unhygienic,
inappropriate use of techniques in illegal abortions causes a great deal of pain, bleeding, left over
body parts, infection, or even death. With many illegal abortions, a poisonous solution is inserted
in the womens womb called Misoprostol intending to dislodge the fetus. This practice is
completely wrong with an act of murder. Even if it is not portrayed that way, a fetus is still a
sacred life and should not be taken for granted. Many untrained practitioners dispose of the fetus
in an unsafe way or even stored in a cooler. The Church and people believe abortion is cruel
especially illegal abortions when a child is treated inhumane. I will portray this topic through
news clips of illegal abortion haphazard pictures (non-graphic), and even a possible video of an
illegal abortion in my video section.
