ERC Schedule over the Holidays: List Items: 1. Coordination (ATC to ATC) Week of December 21st: The ERC meetings will be held 2. HAATS 3B earlier than usual on the 21st and 22nd. 3. ICAO Flight Plan Format 4. Traffic Management Initiatives Week of December 28th: There will be no ERC meetings (CTAS/TMA) held this week 5. Procedural Issues 6. NOTAMS –WX-Compliance 7. Obstructed View Week of January 4th: ERCs will hold extended meetings 8. Time on Position - Fatigue to catch up with reports filed over the holidays. 9. SID/STAR 10. Visual Separation As you can see by the schedule above the ERCs will be 11. Automatic Information Transfer 12. TCAS RA taking a week off from reviewing reports in order to allow 13. Phraseology them some well deserved time with their families over the 14. Late Briefings for Military Activities holidays. The ATSAP analysts will still be reviewing 15.
