After convention on 23 june, lee sent revised piece of
105$ and delivery by tan truck
Priblems in lee: must take condition of
3000requiremnet of 4000 lee supplying 3500 so will
have to deal woth some other
July 1: puritan gets back to the same price; but puritan
wants to be sole supplier as before
Later Lees president agreed to take partial
contract and rteady to drop min 3000 ton
condition; price 102.5$/ton by tank truck; if by
tank car then 97.5$
Puritan also agreed to increase dollar volume
of purchase by 5L dollars in 1986 thru
chemical commodities
