College and Career Readiness Plan (CCRP) meetings, formerly SEOP meetings, are held at least once a year with each Granger High School student and parent. Students, parents and counselors work together to develop a 4-year college and career plan. Topics of discussion include current graduation status, post-secondary education goals, career aspirations, scholar- ship information, credit recovery options, online education, AP/Honors/Concurrent Enrollment classes, and much more. CCRP meetings are also a great opportunity to discuss any strengths

Class changes will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis during the first two weeks of each semester. All counse- lors strive to create the perfect schedule for students based on fulfilling graduation requirements, student requests, college and career preparedness and course availability.
