Teaching Philosophy Teachers are important enablers of learning they are the master chefs of education, constantly presenting new concepts and skills in enticingly displayed meals, imparting recipes, sharing and helping build skills as well as inspire their apprentices to recreate the meal in their own way. I strive for best practice and endeavour to excel as a master chef of education, recognising that at the same time, I am still learning from others educators and students alike. I reflect, improve and hone my teaching skills and practices, that students may be inspired to achieve their best in their life long journey in learning and as we together, reach for Michelin stars.
