Work Experience
Brand Ambassador Ubisoft & HP 10/2013 to 01/2014
Crossmark Asia Pacific, St Leonards, NSW
As a Brand Ambassador, it was my responsibility to talk directly face-to-face with potential customers and
demonstrate the qualities of individual products on behalf of the client, while also maintaining and developing the
high-stress locations at which we were operating in.

With Ubisoft at EB Expo 2013:
First person to be called in to replace other sick Ambassadors
Received very high, individual praise from the client
Was present before, during and after opening hours for the Expo in order to assist with setup and pack-
up operations
Managers received numerous positive feedback from potential customers about me
Due to the high level of praise and client satisfaction, I was given another opportunity with HP.
With HP at Bondi Westfield:
Held the record for the most computers sold at the stall
Did overtime as well as all training activities necessary for the stall
Received fantastic praise from managers and potential customers
Was the only individual manning the store every day

Shop Assistant 04/2012 to 11/2012
Franklins Castle Hill, NSW
As a Shop Assistant for the final 12 months before Franklins was sold and the store closed, it was my responsibility
to handle both customer relations and also manage story inventory and sanitation.
Consistently assisted main area staff, even during break hours
Received high level of positive feedback from assistance-seeking customers
Consistently meet every deadline set for short and long term responsibilities
Helped in training new employees with both basic and deep knowledge on how to complete their roles
in the company

Education
Bachelor of Arts (Game Design) 2015/2016
Raffles College of Design & Commerce North Sydney, NSW

I am currently engaging in the study of Game Design, which covers far more than just video games. I also focus on
Drama, Graphic Design, Animation, 3D Modelling, Philosophy, Psychology and Movie Production.

I am a member of the Cr8tive Club, a student run organization which hosts gaming and movie events every week,
including game tournaments and playtests, movie nights and also deals with administration of resources.

I have also participated in college events such as the 2013 Open Day, where I acted as a Volunteer Guide and gave
tours and answered questions about the college
