In week 6 ( October 12th-october16th ) we will be working on:
English:

Reading : The Storm
Decodable reader Can It Fit? And Pam
At the end of the week we will start Curious
George at School .
Phonics :short i
And introduce short o
Grammar : Revise Nouns and introduce sentences.
Writing: Write simple sentences using the high
frequency words from the story.

Math:

Continue with Chapter 1.

Numbers, Words and Ordinals
Student will be able to:
- Read and write ordinal numbers 1 first
through tenth
- Identify ordinal numbers
- Solve problems by acting them out
- Choose a strategy to solve a problem

Science:

Animals, including people:
- Have life needs (air, food, water, and a
suitable place to live).
- Have specific physical characteristics
(body coverings, body shape, appendages,
and methods of movement).
- Can be classified according to certain
characteristics (wild/tame, water
homes/land homes).

English Social Studies:

My Family
Discuss with you child what are the things, you like
to do with your family.
