Dear Queen,

I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with you the other day, and I hope that you're doing well!
You're now only 10 days away from finishing DMK, and I'm very impressed by all of your hard
work so far. I know that it has not been easy for you to go back to this class, and I would like to
try to help make things easier for you.

Thus, if you agree, I would like to serve as your direct contact for the remainder of DMK. I will
personally review all of your assignments and grades, and you can send all of your
correspondence directly to me. I will provide you with all information regarding your grades and
progress in the course. You will not have to speak anymore with Ms. Stewart or the other
administrators. You and I can work together as a team to ensure that you complete this class on
time and stay on track toward your graduation date.

Would you please let me know if this idea is agreeable to you and, if so, we can begin right
away, particularly with your upcoming case study and marketing project. I want to make certain
that you are comfortable with these assignments and that you have all that you need to complete
them successfully.
