accidentelor din timpul practicarii jocului de handbal sunt in proportie de peste 40% contuzii cu
localizare musculara sau tendinoasa. Din punctul de vedere al gravitii acestora, cifrele ctre
care converg, au urmtoarele valori: 48% sunt contuzii, legate n mare parte de faptul c
handbalul este un sport de contact; 36% entorse; 8% luxaii i fracturi; 8% rupturi musculare sau
tendinoase i plgi.

PROGRAM DE YOGA 12 saptamani 1 ora de 2 sau 3 ori pe
saptamana in sala de yoga cu instructor experimentat 10 min incalzire respiratie si intindere
(stretching) 35 de minute pozitii yoga de constientizare a respiratiei adecvata 15 min relaxare si
meditatie
