Brask iee, Sulphur Louisiana October 2010 - August 2012
Designed heat exchangers and pressure vessels for various corporations using ASME and TEMA codes.
Estimated complete exchangers, new tube bundles, pressure vessels, and various other industrial jobs.
Created complete drafting packages in AutoCad for each project.

My daily Tasks are to Develop difficult and complex working drawings from equipment specifications,
conduct field trips taking engineering notes, creating sketches, and detailed drawings, ensuring that they
meet company and industry standards and codes, taking into account any variables for example in retro
projects can we get a hot work permit, does the client subscribe to PIP standards.
Using CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings consisting of standard arrangements, layouts,
assemblies, isometrics, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information
according to established standards and procedures of each client. Work closely with other
Designer/Drafters and Engineers in other disciplines to ensure a coordinated design, meeting or
exceeding the clients deadline.
Metal DEPOT ORANGE TEXAS; JULY 2007 January 2008
My primary responsibilities include drafting and detailing. I produce approval plans, erection plans and
shop drawings for metal buildings. I produce BOM reports and plate summaries I calculate quantities of
all cold form metal, coordinate production lead time punch patterns. I use AutoCAD 2007 and MBS
software.
I currently also work with a local professional Engineer designing site plans, floor plans and foundation
plans for large scale developments and residential buildings, which I do on the weekends.
I have just recently started to learn about Autodesk MEP which is a complete drafting solution between
Mechanical and Electrical and plumbing.
Community by Design Fayetteville, Arkansas January 2006 July 2007
Employed as CAD manager, I was asked to join the company and set up all there drafting standards,
dimension styles help create lisp files and pen styles.
I Created Civil construction plans for the city of Fayetteville for construction, which included water and
sewer plans, street and drainage plans, site plans with addendums and revisions per reviews and client
changes.
I coordinated site plans with Architects and incorporated the building footprints into our plans.
Calculated parking requirements, ADA accessibility.
Created street profiles using shots taken in the field to produce a 3d model which I could then cut road
profiles and show the correct K value for the curves and slopes of the roadways. I used AutoCAD Civil
design companion 2006 and as well as AutoCAD and Land Desktop Companion and Photo shop which
enabled me to produce the best construction plans possible and gained praise from city council members.

Employed with an Architectural and Engineering firm in Rogers, AR for over 3 years. I worked under
registered architects for projects which included remodels and designing plans for commercial types of
construction. I am involved with working on architectural design prototypes, I am familiar with topography
reports, site plans with mainly mercantile types of construction. I am familiar with all aspects of remodels
and all aspects of mercantile design and construction which includes a wide scope of work such as vision
centers, polycarbonate additions Pharmacies, Stock room additions etc. Which involves close
coordination with civil engineers, structural engineers and our own in house mechanical engineers,
electrical and fire protection Engineers. I was responsible for coordinating project initialization, reviewing
scope information, creating project time lines between disciplines. I was responsible for Coordinating with
store managers the existing architectural and building conditions and updating our plans accordingly. I
coordinated such things as drainage from new structures down through a new section of car park in to
existing storm water retention ponds. I conduct egress studies, plumbing fixture counts per the relevant
codes and jurisdictional requirements. I am familiar with all versions of AutoCAD typically using x-
references as a foundation for constructing documents. I ensure documents arrive to me correct and on
time, whether it is first issue, clarifications or plan revisions etc.
I coordinated and Updated design protos per client updates and requests Verify scope base fac sheets,
review the scope base against original construction documents I am familiar with many types of software
including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop and software which uses html and java script such as
Dream Weaver and Microsoft Front Page.

Providing assembly diagrams for distributors and on site engineers of mechanical assemblies,
maintenance
And service for the companys entire large format scanner products.
In 2001 Action Imaging Solutions won the Queens award for export and technological achievement, I was
chosen to accompany the president of the company along with the admistration manageress to collect the
award at Buckingham palace and spend the evening meeting the royal family.
I am able to locate original construction documents through Architectural consultants re-format and create
working electronic files, I create and review architectural design prototypes for designers to use. Write
shells for coordination of merchandise for client coordination and design in compliance with local
jurisdictions and meeting client expectations. I work to strict time schedules, working with precision and
accuracy, meeting deadlines with a variety and complexity of projects. I enjoy working as a team I have a
strong work ethic and am continually learning trying to improve my work and better myself.
