provide accurate and timely direction for management. Students must do the following
steps to get this assignment done.

Choose a company (Find a company or case has an Ideal PMS)
Summarize the above posted characteristics by pointing out the most
important one.
Stage two

How many of the 14 characteristics of an ideal system are present in the
company you have chosen based on your own research.

skills as a team.
Stage three
